The tax software automatically included form 8582. The farm rental is profitable. There is no passive loss to be limited. Is there any reason that I should not delete form 8582 from the return?

Returns containing 8582 can't be efiled until late February, and paper returns won't be processed until late February. Otherwise, I wouldn't care and would just include it. I am finding Congress after end of year tax changes really annoying.

The software is giving me the option to delete the form. I will backup the return before trying. I don't trust that even though it is going to allow deletion of the form that the software won't become irrated.
