Frankxyz asked...

"Is it possible to name more than one beneficiary to my 401k ?"

It depends on the 401K plan provider.

Our 401k form lets me list upto 6 beneficiaries and the percent allocated to each. It does not let me limit the amount or specify an amount - only a percentage.

Ask for the beneficiary change form. It should be defined there.

Also with our plan, we MUST get a release from our present spouse for any changes in beneficiary.
