A book that I just finished reading is:

"French Lessons - Adventure with Knife, Fork and Corkscrew" written by Peter Mayle.

He spent time going to a lot of food festivals in France and this book is his writings about them. Some are very serious, some are for the "fun" of it, but all are worth reading about.

It seems to fit with the direction of this board.

We're going to Paris in June so read the review of Lucas Carton with relish. Sounds like a place that I have to try!!!!!!

Bon Appetit
