From a cursory search, it appears that a "Century Savings Association of Kansas" (which may or may not be the same as the entity you ask of) was a Savings and Loan that failed during the S&L crisis of the late '80s, early '90s. CSA of Kansas looks to be defunct.

You might try calling up the folks with the Office of Thrift Supervision to see if they know anything. The OTS website, unfortunately, is not very helpful for inactive or defunct S&Ls.
