From a Tradewinds story:These Capes are ECO-type i.e. fuel efficient variety.http://www.tradewindsnews.com/drycargo/310005/support-for-ca...At the bottom of the article some idea on the smaller vessels order mid-year 2012. Lookslike 4 Aframax, 4 VLGC, and, at least 6 MRs. I think there's 6 more MRs, plus all the options. Also, a note on the cancellation of a second VLCC newbuild. Hmm! If the refund is processed ina timely manner, that's where initial capital on the new orders originates? Don't know, just sayin'BTW, on a related note, during the last week in 2012, BP placed an order for 10 Aframax and3 Suezmax. Somewhat odd, is BP venturing back into the direct ownership of tankers? Perhapsthese get turned into Sale-and-leaseback deals down the road?
