From a very quick look it appears that the new BB's will appeal to business people but they are only on par at best with the most recent offerings from competitors for retail customers.

I suggest this will not sink them but will not grow their retail customer base in N.A..

I had hoped for more. It is too little too late. IMO

The free long distance phone calls via Blackberry messenger (BBM) may appeal to some.

The 2 models:
Q10 for BB with physical QUERTY keyboard. Q for QUERTY (I assume).
Z10 for BB with a touchscreen!!! Why not T10?? T for Touchscreen. They still mess up basic stuff making it confusing for us.
