The article states that tobacco use in the US is decreasing, reducing the chance of future revenues to the states. (Maybe I'm spending too much time in the wrong places with the wrong people...I still see plenty of people smoking/chewing). I have a few CA ones that I bought for speculation a few years ago, I think they are up about 40% now.
