From the article: But if Benghazi or the unemployment rate surfaces, if the president's failure to remedy joblessness, spark a serious recovery, or in any way pose an obstacle to Iran's nuclear ambitions are brought up in the course of Wednesday night's first big debate, then watch for these verbal ticks and know that Romney is scoring.

The moderators, presumably the ones creating and asking the questions, for the three debates are:

October 3: Jim Lehrer (Host of NewsHour on PBS)
October 11: Martha Raddatz (ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent)
October 16: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

I expect an unbiased job of moderating from only Jim Lehrer. I'll be surprised if any of them ask Romney about the president's failure to remedy joblessness.
