Don’t own this stock and not surprised there are no posts for the past 5.5 years!

I am not mechanical but I can replace windshield wiper blades. Stopped in an O’Reilly store to purchase a pair and noticed a sign on the door stating customer service was their number one goal. Found what I needed, on my own, then stood in what I believe was a line to pay. The store clerk and her husband/wife customers were chatting away. Once the clerk yelled something in Spanish to someone in the back, and they responded in Spanish, but no one came to take my money. After several minutes I returned the blades to the shelf and walked out.

Off to another O’Reilly store, with an identical “customer service is our number one goal” sign on the door, where I grabbed my merchandise and waited to pay. There were several clerks at this store, all seemingly helping someone, but no one taking my cash or telling me “we’ll be with you in just a moment sir” so, I walked out.

Auto Zone is around the corner, they carry the identical BOSCH blades at $1 per blade less. I paid immediately and was on my way.
