From your descriptive, it sounds like the overall slope front to back is reversed at the home location, resulting in a "bowl". _NOT GOOD!! In one way or another, this bowl water collector needs to be overcome as it appears to be the major cause of the water problems.


I am not sure if the slope is reversed or if it is just flat. I've got a laser level and I'll take it out and do some measurements. I figured it was just flat, and the "bowl" effect was from having it higher on three sides. But if the slope is in fact reversed, then I will definitely be calling the contractor. Thanks for this feedback.
