FWIW-I am a fan, generally, of trust units. It depends on what you plan to do with them and where they are held. I keep most in my RRSP to throw off cash that I use for other purchases, such as stocks, since I can no longer contribute. As far as Pengrowth is concerned, I think it is OK but I like ARC energy better, mainly because they do a better job of renewing their resources. I would suggest that you do a fair amount of research before you purchase if you are not familiar with trust units and that you consider them as long-term investments.
