FWIW, I've had nothing but good service from T-Mobile. I was originally an Arial Wireless customer, then Voicestream bought Arial, then T-Mobile bought Voicestream. I've been along for the ride the entire time.Its great when I call customer care with a problem. I recently upgraded to a Family Plan and added my fiance to the account, and I wanted to avoid the $35 setup charge. The rep I spoke to said something along the lines of "Let me pull up your account here. OK, you've been with us for... oh my, I don't think we'll have any problem waiving that fee for you!"No billing BS, no dropped calls, good customer care AND they honor most of their "new customer specials" for existing customers as well. Not bad in my book.Seth
