g,How about transferring to a traditional Roth IRA now and then converting some or all of it as you come up with the money to cover the taxes. You are not required to convert all or nothing. You may convert some each year (assuming you meet the income limits). At any rate with the traditional IRA, you would have better choices than some mediocre mutual fund.Good luck.Marcusfan
