GA, I know it's a pain, but get the name of the person who runs the place (president, whatever) and send a letter of complaint direct to them. First of all, they owe you for keeping at it long enough to get your order through -- and second, if the boss doesn't know how many people are trying to get through and giving up, it'll never get corrected.And what's more, you'll end up getting a little revenge, as they'll most likely want to assure your remaining as a customer by giving you a discount on your next order.If they don't suggest it, you bring it up.Tony...but I still am...Off2Aruba
