G&F that's what I figured too. I have been watching ZEI since June, and it's been falling ever since. I don't understand why their acquisitions are not adding EPS to the bottom line. Global warming can't be the reason the stock's dropping. Are other coal Co's earnings falling too? I see no news on the industry per se. What do you think the sale price of ZEI would be in pieces or as a whole? Who'd want to buy it? Who would have better management or access to better acquisition than ZEI does now? Would a DUK or Detriot Ed want to buy into this co?
