From a 13D filing today showing Gates Foundation selling over the
past two months:

Selling is fairly consistent at just under 100,000 B shares per day.
This represents a modest  percentage of overall volume ranging between
0.6% and 4.2% of daily volume.

I'm not a trading expert and cannot claim that Gates Foundation selling 
has no impact on Berkshire's daily stock price but the percent of 
volume seems reasonable to me.  

My guess is that Buffett may be more irritated with his gifts being 
liquidated at very low valuations than with any impact these sales 
may have on Berkshire's trading price.
