Hi.

I thought I would point out that First USA and GE are getting together with their credit card businesses.

If you are a GE Rewards cardholder, this is something to not miss on because it seems to me that FirstUSA could end the Rewards program for the US customers.

RPT - First USA, GE Capital in credit card venture
STAMFORD, Conn., Dec 14 (Reuters) - Giant credit card lender First USA, a unit of Bank One Corp. (NYSE:ONE - news), said Monday it would form a $2.6 billion credit card joint venture with General Electric Co.'s (NYSE:GE - news) GE Capital unit and buy $2.2 billion of GE Capital's Visa and MasterCard domestic credit card portfolio.
