Getting a little nervous here. Has anyone heard anything further about the Akami buyout? My understanding is that April 20th
is decision deadline and if everything is supposed to be consummated, why the huge drop in ITVU - or is this just part of the
general NASDQ fallout? Any help, information or confirmation is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Cashiers,

We just received voting materials in the mail yesterday (Monday) to approve the merger. April 20th is the date of the special meeting of shareholders, when I assume the outcome will be revealed.

I would guess the huge drops we're seeing are general, and even great companies are starting to slide - hopefully a sign that we are near the end. I have been trying not to watch, but this is a first for me and a good exercise of my investment principles. How low can it go??

Hang in there...
