Dear Sir,
To benefit from the annual gift exclusion, my wife and I plan to give $10,000 to our only child who is 4 year old every year. She will be getting $20,000 per year. Who should file form 705, me and my wife (we file seperately), or we should file Tax return for my child? Thanks.

W. Chen
