I am trying to distribute my mother's estate to her children. She is living with me and my brother alternately. I have been giving 11,000 a year to each child each year. There is about 200,000 left. What are the consequences of giving larger amouts. There is also a vacation home that needs to be turned over to my brother and I. It is half owned by my cousin.
