Given the persistent troubles that Intuit seems to have with its servers, I wouldn't want to trust them with any of this sensitive data and much prefer having the data local when doing my taxes. So, I've always used the installed version of TT for doing my taxes and have never given the online version a second thought.Just because it can be done online doesn't mean it should be. That's my motto, but that's just me. Others may be more comfortable with the idea.Mark
