I have a Gold ard Visa with Triple A, you know, the towing people when you have a flat. Let me tell you something... that card has no annual fee. If you all, like me, like some emergency money handy in case, you can purchase fee-free Travelers Checques which are of course, American Express.

The Gold card Visa has all the benefits of any other Gold card but doesn't hot you like the other companies. I use it once in a while when they don't accept Discover but again, when I make a purchase, I also mail them a payment within 24 hours usage with a personal check. Like I've said before, once you've felt the sting of these damn cards, you never forget it! Pay them off, immediately.
