An AbFab Fundraiser. I'm awestruck by the imagination that went into this endevour.

A prediction run???....You get to predict your time for a given run and hope to match it.Pretty easy .....if you know the distance, route (terrain) and have your Garmin at your disposal......unless you don't

I hope I can describe this right because my daughter was the course *designer* this year.

So, the beneficiaries are local food banks.....and the *theme* was an immediate access to calories (we donated granola bars for entry)

Here's how it gets confusing.

You don't get details of the length of the course to predict your run time. You get a clue/clues. Now, m7y daughter is something of a mathematician and, seeing as we're in Golden, CO she rolled with a mathematical clue to approximate a 4 mile run. Clues were pi+.25 (as in a pie and a quarter)

I was a timekeeper and barred from running (I knew the clue) My daughter rolled with the mathematical clue because so many kids who're members of the running club are undergrads/grad students at the Colorado School of Mines here in Golden.....

No one got the clue..
