Gordon and I both use 1Password, which I like a lot.

It has native clients for Windows, OS X, and iOS. It also has good browser integration, no subscription fees, and can store the data locally on your hard drive, or store it in Drop Box. (It's all encrypted.)

I use the Drop Box option, so that all my passwords are kept in sync.

There are other good solutions, too. But this is the one that best meets my needs.
