Got it. I named the page by its full name, but if one searches for the acronym or abbreviation it would be nice to pop up the correct page. It'll show in the related pages (assuming someone uses it in the full-named page), but may not be the top one depending on how smart the search function is.

Seems like we need to have a second page with just the acronym, which points to the first. If the acronym only stands for one thing then it could automatically redirect to the full-named page otherwise (in those rare cases) we would need multiple links and a static page.

As an example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=PDUFA

automatically sends you to the info on this page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prescription_Drug_User_Fee_Act

Not sure how to set up the redirect though this is my first experience with a wiki.
