I own a great book on this subject, and I feel comfortable if I were to ever have the cash to invest in tax liens. My ex-wife ensures I do not.

Anyway here is the title:

Profit by Investing in Real Estate Tax Liens: Earn Safe, Secured, and Fixed Returns Every Time by Larry B. Loftis

The guy is a lawyer in Orange County, FL where I live. I know some of the properties he talks about. The book can be had, used from $10 on amazon and half.com.

Beats the hell out of spending a few grand for a seminar.
