Greetings, Dave, and welcome.<<I'm just starting my first "real" job, and need to determine how much of my income I want to allocate to my 401k. However, while I am familiar with 401k's, I don't possess the detailed information required to make such a decision. Does anyone have a reference site they could point me to that might answer some of my questions? Thanks.>>Read Steps 1 through 4 of our 13 Steps to Foolish Retirement Planning.
