Greetings, Dobie415, and welcome. You asked:

<<where to i go to start my roth ira?
what funds do i have in my roth ira?>>

There are a multitude of IRA providers such as mutual funds, brokers, banks and insurance companies. Once you decide in what you would like to invest, any of the foregoing will be happy to help you establish your Roth IRA. It sounds as if you are interested in mutual funds from your second query. Which one(s) you select is entirely up to you, but once you decide, then the fund will tell you what to do to get the account started. Just contact the one you prefer when you're ready.
