Greetings! Nice idea for a board. I'm looking forward to reading people's dreams here.

As some people may know, I had initially dreamt of opening a wine bar. Well, after much research into the industry, I found that the bar owner's life is NOT for me. So now I'm thinking of becoming a food writer (heck, my two favorite things are food and writing -- I deserve a great big DUH! for not thinking of this sooner).

Anyway, I look forward to seeing plenty of folks here. Keep those dreams alive!
