Greetings, Swordpen, and welcome. You asked:

I can retire early and have thought it would be nice to keep working at same time until money equals limit.
Is that permissable with SS? Ie; I would reach a years income faster with both incomes, then stop full time and play at part time for which I have plans. Also, can I have a small biz. and use net income as my part time or additional income?

I'm not sure at all what you're asking, but I think you are wondering about retiring before full retirement age for Social Security, drawing the benefit, but still working either full or part time. If that's so, then be aware that if you exceed certain dollar limits (they change each year), you will forfeit part or all of the Social Security benefit depending on how much you earn above the annual working limits. For details, see my article "Retired and Working for Pay" at OTOH if that's not what you mean, then please rephrase your question for clarity.
