Greetings to you, hillcountry!

We have a class C on a 2006 Ford chassis. No stabilizers, but we got bilstein shocks. My husband has no complaints about drivability, but I've never driven it myself. When the wind is high, he slows down and pulls off at the next exit. I navigate to a grocery store, big box store or strip mall parking lot to wait it out. He can tolerate a wider range of driving conditions than I can, so we're typically debating how soon to give up on the highway ;-)

Have your children ever driven your RV? Maybe you just need to give 'em a few driving lessons. I would trust my children with our RV after a few lessons, even though neither has ever driven a large vehicle. They are generally cautious drivers, though.
