Greetings, Tony, and welcome. You asked:

<<The Company I work for was sold to another .
Will I be forced to transfer it to the new Co.
Will I be able to keep it with the old custodian?
Roll it over to an IRA?
Does it depend on what I want or are these things done in a certain way?>>

Only the new owner of your firm can tell you that because it all depends on what that owner decides to do with your retirement plan. Your HR department should be telling you your options soon. The new owner may keep your plan as is, merge it with the new firm's plan, or discontinue the program. The decision will give you slightly different options depending on the choice the new owner makes.
