Greetings,bwb26, and welcome.

<<i have two jobs, and qualify for both companies 401k plans, can i leagally have two 401k's, or must i choose between the two?>>

You may with one caveat: Your total combined contributions may not exceed the limits of $9.5K this year ($10K next year). Within either plan, your contribution may not exceed about 20% of your gross pay at that company. Thus, the percentage limits may keep you from reaching the dollar limit for both plans combined.

Regards....Pixy
