Just curious: Do you have several investment options with this plan, or are you locked into earning 3%?

At first I'd probably be conservative, too, but if we stayed healthy and the account grew to well above our annual out-of-pocket maximums, I'd probably start becoming at least a bit more growth-oriented in the account.
