Too bad they couldn't include it the Schuman box (which is required by law) with the APR rate, balance calculations,and grace periods. Then you could compare such terms with other offers instead of having to hunt all the particulars down. I would also add the length of time you must hold the card to avoid paying punishment interest and what that interest is.
