I will keep that in mind when I close mine after paying it off. I had other problems with my First USA a few months ago when I inadventantly overpaid the account when transferring a balance off. It took three months and many phone calls to get a check from them, because I refused to use the card. I got "The check is in the mail" twice and my requests to investigate it were mysteriously lost in the correspondance department for weeks at a time. I need to close that one, too, now that I've finally gotten my money back.
