>Isn't a revolving account a credit card account?

Hi Winterbird,

Unless I am mistaken, other types of accounts are also considered revolving lines of credit. Anything that has a credit limit, an interest rate, and that requires a credit check to qualify should count -- including a Macy's card, a Sears card, a Limited card, etc.

It is always good to check into your credit history if you think something is the matter, but if you have any retail cards (referred to as "trade" cards, as opposed to Visa or MasterCard, which are referred to as "bankcards"), that may be what your credit report is referring to.

Good luck,

YH
