I tend to buy every book written about a subject I'm interested in and then I weed out the ones I'm not that interested in. Since I post-it-tape my books, a book without colored tapes sticking up looks ready for the bookstore. I'm trying to control my bookaholism by having my library get books for me from other branches and by trading books I don't want and by not going into bookstores.
