haha, got your post! makes sense. so here's a relevant example that i would like to question. with this whole thing with Yahoo not accepting Microsoft's offer and all, now Yahoo has to come up with a plan in order to turn things around, because current shareholders are very unhappy. the stock has been steadily declining....... what if officers beging to sell their shares? would it be wise to stay away from it because every one is bailing out, or would it be the perfect opportunity to buy a lot of these cheap shares, with hopes that Google jumps in to form an alliance with them, boosting up the stock later?
