I was looking at the 52-week low stocks this week, and this one looks interesting. It looks as if a whole bunch of the big Korean firms have put money in it to compete against Korea Telecom. Of coruse having so many big investors could be a "too many cooks in the kitchen" situation, but given the point that it's only one of two companies offering local telephone service, I think it may be a keeper. Given that long distance phone service is going to transition to the internet via VoIP services such as Dialpad.com (free long distance!), I think the combination of services that the offer make this one a keeper at this price.

Of course, I've been wrong before, but I think that I'll plunk a small share of money at this price.
