So, what are the other Wannabees doing for planning in this market?

I've decided to keep doing the index and the 401K funds. I may try to do stocks, but I don't know when. I may end up doing nothing for individual stocks.

The calculators I run make me smile. They still show that if I get 8% growth, I should be able to punch out in 15 years. They don't take into account that 8% growth in this market is going to be tough to find. I find it difficult to guess/estimate how much I'll have in 15 years.

Are these stocks at these prices going to give me the retirement I want?
