Hard to say how the game will go, but there is an impressive pedigree and it sounds like a wonderfully open - competitive game so I splurged and went for the Constellation package. Going to try and do some dangerous exploration early in the game.

I played WoW on a PvP server and groused at gankers for years. Then I played SWTOR which had greatly nerfed PvP potential -- and discovered that dealing with unpredictable human opponents, though they may be jerks, provided a big part of the spice that made the game fun to play.

I am still pondering the philosophical implications of that - but think that Star Citizen will be spicy

Cheers

Bill
