has anyone used this software

I use it and I would say I am a happy customer.

It does a good job of predicting(approximating) the ranges and the trend - but do not expect it to be the holy grail.
VP is based on neural network algorithms. Neural network systems work well in approximation and error-correction strategies. Like all other systems, they will inherently fail if you expect them to predict exact buy-sell signals.

If you trade using technical analysis, VP is a useful tool to have - especially to investigate the strength of a trend and for placing stops and profit targets.

The VP software is expensive(5-6 times nearest competitors) and is recommended only if you are a serious trader, spend serious time researching charts, trends etc and have a rough idea of the general market trends.

If you expect to make money with simple buy-sell signals then VP is useless.

Although I do not post my trades on these boards, here is one my previous(recent) trades - the overall trend and direction was confirmed using VP.

My complaint is that their interface is pretty primitive and I wish they allowed customization, searching, filtering, ranking based on trends etc.

Feel free to PM me if you want more specifics on my experiences.
