Have you gotten an email from JetBlue detailing your compensation due to the plane problem and huge delay?I was caught up in the Valentine's Day Massacre last year -- and just returned from my compensation flight. All communications about our compensations were done by email. Our flights were terrific, start to finish, flying from JFK to San Jose, and back from SF International. Returned on a brand new Airbus 132 that had just gone into service 10 days earlier. And throughout, JetBlue personnel were efficient, helpful, with a great sense of humor.sheila
