Having missed the opportunity, you now must be patient. There probably are laws and potential law suits if the freeze time is greater than "reasonable". But I would think you would have little chance of winning if that delay is less than 60 days.

Paul....thanks for the response....For awhile there I didn't think anyone was gonna answer my post. :-)
I will keep at it. It has been just about 60 days since I started this quest. One would think with todays technology and its instant information transfers that things like this really wouldn't take so long. I know patience is a virtue and I would probably show more if the people I were dealing with would be more forthcoming with accurate information.
