It might be noted that the evidence for this came from an environment where he had no choice if he wanted to get anything done since they controlled the legislature. More blowing in the wind, seems to me.

Failure to provide a plan is not "some leeway" it is a lack of a plan.

It is really pretty funny for you to go on and on about resetting the dialog when your own posts on the subject are such a repetitious monologue.
