He can buy 500k shares @22 if it goes lower to 18 he can buy 900k shares etc

He can out wait the market when he is wrong better then anybody else

How did He do when he bought mcd @ 40 and it went to 14 he bought more.

He has been wrong many times, he can be with a kitty his size


The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. A lot longer.

Warren Buffett can stay solvent longer than you can stay solvent. A lot longer. So far he's managed to stay solvent longer than the market has stayed irrational, in part because he stays diversified. Each of these two positions he just took, consumed less than 1/10 of his *available cash*, let alone any other assets he might have.
