I am running some numbers for my mother who will be retiring soon at 60. Her pension plan will pay for healthcare until she is 65 and then she will have to use Medicare with any additional coverage she plans to buy.

The cost of this additional care is a major number in her monthly income/expense ratio and I was wondering what others out there are paying for supplimental coverage? What kind of yearly increases are you seeing?
