Heather - depending on where you live there might be an MS support group that would work for you, and you might locate it through your local MS Society chapter. Here in Central Jersey there was an "invisible symptoms" group that I went to for a while (don't know if it's still around today).

It was better than some of the other groups I went to, where the folks had serious disability issues versus the more benign symptoms I've experienced since my diagnosis about 10-12 years ago.

As to the eyesight thing I can relate - having had times in my life when I was prescribed glasses for vision problems that disappeared weeks or months later.

Dizzy spells could be simply from stress, might be from meds you're taking, could be blood pressure too, or maybe just the heat.

What's your typical day like? Is there a time where you can close your office door and just have rest and quiet for 15 or 20 minutes? Or, failing that, just hide out in the ladies room for a few minutes. And remember to keep cool - 'cause heat doesn't do those of us with MS any good.
