Hi, Paul and Matt,

I spent last night reading your analysis of Heineken in the 'Best Stocks for 2012" article and what you say makes a lot of sense. I also read your other MF article which makes the case that HINKY is way undervalued.

Then I listened to the Webcast for investors on the Heineken site and although neither the HINKY stock nor the CEO seem glamourous compared to those of DEO or ABV or some of the other beers, I do notice that the others are much more pricey. And I see too that when HINKY reduces debt and management cuts costs the stock picture will be markedly improved. And assuming when the European debt crisis, unrest in Africa subside and growth in South America takes off, the stock will reflect the improved economies. So thank you for digging up this stock that I think will be a keeper. I would never have recognized the hidden value with out your advice.

But I have two questions for you: First of all, when Heineken bought FEMSA did they make the company a wholly owned subsidiary or did they just buy some stock in it or buy only the beer part. I don't quite understand how that transaction came off.

And then when I checked on buying the stock Scottrade had HINKY listed as well as Heineken Holding (HKHHF)and then there was HEIA which must be Heineken on the Netherlands Exchange.

So can you please clarify to me how 'Heineken Holdings' relates to HINKY and whether that would be the stock to buy? Is that the company that actually owns FEMSA? (I am particularly looking for a presence in South America/Latin America in my beer stock purchase.)

Thank you. J.
